As the company released a while ago, the doctors were still in the process of "refining" the products. Since some time has passed since that release, my assumption is that the refining process should almost be finished and I assume that will be the time when the paper will be finished and submitted to publisher for peer-review and acceptance, IMO. Once published, the peer-reviewed paper can then be provided to all hospitals/labs etc,
which should result in revenue (as others have pointed out, there could be lawsuits filed if patient dies because correct treatment was not available due to using "old and slow" technologies).
