Can someone help me understand NTEK's financial due dates?
Seriously I can never seem to understand what is due when and the crap about their being their fiscal calendar vs some other calendar and what those differences mean.
I'm looking at http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/NTEK/financials#
just wanting to ask here to get a straight answer.

So I found one good resource:
Corporations and S Corporations
Form 1120 and Form 1120S (or Form 7004). These forms are due on the 15th day of the 3rd month after the end of the corporation's tax year. S corporations must provide each shareholder with a copy of Schedule K-1 (Form 1120S) or a substitute Schedule K-1.
So with nanotech's period ending June 30th as seen on the otc site 15days after the 3rd month is 3 days from now. I'm not sure how to think about it. Part of me does not expect anything great as nothing has really materialized yet.
