As working interest investor I just turned down

 As working interest investor I just turned down a deal yesterday to drill 3 wells in Tn,because the was NRI was way off and other things. With treaty the pps my go up and down but being in this for the long term is the right investment for me. Coolz I lost about a 100k in a deep well in harris county Tx. No chance to ask for some of my money back. Had another well that ip was a 100bpd to 5 bpd after acid frac. Bought 3 wells that will pump forever . Hang in there guys Treaty is pumping oil and more to come. PPS may go up and down like a pump jack but the guys in charge and there crew are looking and finding oil.
