I think the potential number of shares included in the class action suit is pretty close. The 3 million shares deposited in the escrow and the liquidation period both appear to be a given.
Assume whatever liquidation price and number of shares participating in the class action distribution you like.
I don't think my assumptions are either absurd or pipe dreams, but I am aware of the identity of the National Engineering firm, I have personally observed the operation of the processors producing fuel and I also expect processor sales will occur before the beginning of the "liquidation period" for the 3 million shares.
