Interesting observation with regard to the Sazant case that Seaam is talking about on the other message board. Peter and Sazant filed a stipulation which represents a proactive joint agreement between the two to settle the case (both of their signatures are on the stipulation document, along with their respective attorneys), which was accepted by the judge. This wasn't a situation in which Peter attempted to exhaust numerous legal avenues to prolong the case, nor was he avoiding the case altogether.
Could this possibly suggest that there are substantial monies available to PVEI which would have allowed Peter to execute this action? We're still a couple of weeks away from the annual filing on September 29th to get more insight as to what's been going on with the company (up until the end of the fiscal year on June 30th, that is).
