I expect you have in your documentation the trading volume for the settlement period from August 28, 2009 to January 4, 2012 and have already posted it. Could you either point me to a link or re-post the info?
I am wading through trying to determine how many shares were "acquired" in the period and potentially might comprise the "class".

“Class” means all persons or entities who purchased or otherwise acquired JBI’s securities between August 28, 2009 and January 4, 2012, inclusive, and who were damaged thereby.
