You likely read it and championed it. The town in their agenda notes indicate no grandfathering in simply because there is no basis upon which to grandfather anyone in since no one has been granted permission by the town to operate a medical grow up facility. Again, check the facts. Bill is not a facts man at times, but a promoter. Ask yourself, if there is no "isse" why has CEN filed a zoning amendment application?
