It seems HC, when instituting MMAR did not foresee the rapid rise in mj patient numbers.
To address the drug price issue market competition is necessary. Currently there are only 13 licensed producers, some selling out of the most popular prescriptions and some taking no new patients. It seems obvious that more mj is needed in the marketplace to supply current demand without addressing future growth.
