If the stock is bought at .10 and the pps is .085, the stock is clearly undervalued. All of this nonsense about a fear of dilution is bizarre. If the shares re sold at a higher price then the actual price, that means that Socius is willing to buy a crapload of shares and a higher price then current.

If Elite sold the full 50m shares which is not the plan, that would be adding 15% but at .10. We drop 15% for no reason on this stock. Its mostly manipulation and games. We ran to .12 last time, same deal and PPS was about the same as it is now. People talk about dilution but you have to look at the math.

If someone is willing to buy 50m shares at .10, you can be pretty sure the PPS is worth more then .10.
