It wouldn't be wise of them to explain every little thing that pushes their schedule back a bit. Remember - Baltia doesn't have control over very much. They do what the FAA says, and that's it. Unfortunately, it isn't the FAA that receives the jabs from shareholders when something takes longer than expected to complete. It's Baltia that gets the heat. A PR with an explanation of why certification will be closer to November than October would be outright silly, but I wouldn't be surprised if they give an explanation to those who call HQ...
