interesting. i am fully aware that a song does not have to be cited. However this song was used to promote RFMK. We could argue fair use all day. Like I said I doubt someone is going to take the time to sue her, but I highly doubt RFMK paid for liscensing the song.
Furthermore this pertains to RFMK.......What is highly respected in the PR field is an intricate attention to detail. Ms. Shuman of RFMK is failing in her job to remain on the cusp of being professional. My wife works in PR (many years at Fleishman Hillard and countless non profit fundraising) and laughs at how unprofessional the videos are. There are etiquettes that should be followed. For example, the video FILMS a television broadcast, and the audio is subpar. The video itself is unsatisfactory along the lines of what a professional public relations firm would do. It is lazily constructed.
The diluted shares I have bought are paying her salary, and if she is going to be compensated for the "promotions" I would expect something that is on a professional level.
