Found this on board I do not wish to give credit to. "Goodibag" found it so I cannot take credit for it.
Thought worthy of reposting per our recent discussions post-council meeting.

It shall be the objective of the Town of Lakeshore to:
4.2.5.1 Support and promote this new industry.
It shall be the policy of the Town of Lakeshore to permit:
Marihuana for Medical Purposes Production within the Agricultural
Designation and the Employment Designation on Schedules
“A” and “C” Series – Land Use to the Official Plan.
yaada, yaada, yaada.
I think it sounds pretty good...
