Interesting. I dont see how this promotes RFMK, but it does promote Cheryl, the PR of RFMK. One question, Why wasnt any information given on this video giving credit to Goldfrapp for "Ooh La La" (The backround song). Was she given permission to use the song? I highly doubt she will get sued for it....BUT It seems like copyright infringement to me. Even though you dont have to cite,if you are using something that belongs to someone else, I thought citing your sourses was PR 101 and professional etiquette.
The ultimate thing to think about is the parallel of "fair use" in her PR advertisements and the record of Press releases by RFMK. they are all borderline ethical. In my opinion, When a company runs unprofessionally, there are extenstions that can be witnessed in all spects of their dealings. One must have to just look and be able to recognize.
