"Tired of defending my position that I, personally, myself, just me, have become unsatisfied with the level of confidence in the judgement of the CEO here, that I have decided for myself and me alone and no one else, to no longer consider myself a "long" shareholder here"...

So... its ok for YOU to change you mind about the Steve and the stock, and sell... but its not ok for Steve to change his mind about posting on the other board.  Sounds like a double-standard to me.  Just sayin...
