Anaconda Mining Inc. ("Anaconda" or "the Company" - (TSX: ANX) is pleased to report its financial and operating results for the fiscal year ended May 31, 2014. Net income for the year was $4,292,356 or $0.02 per fully diluted share. The Company generated earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization ("EBITDA" of $7,663,494 for fiscal 2014 compared to $7,171,717 in fiscal 2013. The Company sold 14,577 ounces of gold in fiscal 2014 resulting in $20,175,326 in revenue at an average sales price of $1,384 per ounce. Other revenues of $4,265,630 from its sold Chilean iron ore properties were also recognized during the year. Cash cost per ounce sold at the Pine Cove Project for fiscal 2014 was $1,020. As at May 31, 2014, the Company had cash and cash equivalents of $2,754,225 and net working capital of $5,066,477.

Anaconda Mining Inc. ("Anaconda" or "the Company" - (TSX: ANX) is pleased to report additional diamond-drilling results from the down-dip area, Pine Cove mine, Baie Verte Peninsula, Newfoundland. Prior to the commencement of drilling at the Deer Cove Project, Anaconda drilled a single, strategically placed hole on the northern edge of the Pine Cove mine's ultimate pit limit. Hole PC-14-234 returned multiple zones of gold mineralization including 2.46 grams per tonne ("g/t" gold over 8.5 meters ("m" and 3.17 g/t gold over 8.5 m. The following assay results highlight the key zones of mineralization that were intersected in hole PC-14-234.

Anaconda Mining Inc. ("Anaconda" or "the Company" - (TSX:ANX) announces certain financial and operating results from the fiscal fourth quarter and full year ended May 31, 2014. During the fourth quarter, the Company sold 3,797 ounces of gold and generated $5,278,887 in revenue at an average sales price of $1,390 per ounce. The fourth quarter fiscal 2014 sales volume and revenue were approximately 13% and 22% lower than the fourth quarter fiscal 2013 sales volume and revenue, respectively. For fiscal 2014, the Company sold 14,577 ounces of gold and generated $20,175,326 in revenue at an average sale price of $1,384 per ounce. Compared to fiscal 2013, sales volume and revenue decreased by 2% and 17% respectively. Year-over-year revenue decreased due to a decline in average sales price from $1,625 per ounce in fiscal 2013 to $1,384 in fiscal 2014. For fiscal 2014, the mill processed approximately 305,000 tonnes of ore, nearly 17,000 more tonnes than fiscal 2013. Year-over-year, mill availability and overall recovery remained stable at 88% and 83% respectively. The Company expects to file its full financial statements by August 27, 2014.

Anaconda's Pine Cove Mine Sells Over 2,800 Ounces of Gold; Generates Nearly $4M in Revenue in Q3 FY2014

Anaconda Mining Inc. ("Anaconda" or the "Company" - (TSX: ANX) announces certain financial and operating results from the fiscal 2014 third quarter ended February 28, 2014 (the "Quarter" . The Company sold 2,832 ounces of gold and generated $3,865,210 in revenue at an average sales price of $1,365 per ounce. During the previous years' third quarter ended February 28, 2013, the Company sold 3,101 ounces of gold and generated $5,137,269 in revenue at an average sales price of $1,656 per ounce. The Quarter's sales volume and revenue were approximately 9% and 25% lower, respectively, than in the similar period in fiscal 2013. Volume was down because of an unusually harsh winter in Newfoundland, as well as power supply issues which affected crusher and ball mill performance. Revenue was lower because of the decreased volume and the nearly $300 unfavorable difference in average gold price. Despite a challenging Quarter, the Company has sold 10,780 ounces through the first nine months of fiscal 2014, which is nearly 300 ounces more than the same period in fiscal 2013. In addition to the revenue generated at Pine Cove, Anaconda received US$355,831 in royalty income from the Chile transaction during the Quarter. The Company expects to file its full financial statements by April 15, 2014.
