1) 10,000 shares were purchased at 9:54 for $0.10.
2) 12,500 shares were purchased at 9:55 for $0.10.
3) 11,600 shares were purchased at 2:26 for $0.0987.
4) 1,000 shares were purchased at 2:27 for $0.0988.
Note that trades 1 and 2 equal the number of shares sold short today.
Hard to see a pattern with just one day's trade data, but if you were to track it daily long enough, you won't be able to avoid the conclusion that there is definite manipulation to keep the share price depressed.
The tactic that's been employed lately has been to set a ceiling on the ASK offering shares 'short'. Shares are sold (normal sale) below the ceiling toward the end of the day and is likely to prevent the build up of the perception that there is support for the share price (which may eventually influence investors into buying more and pushing the price upward).
