MOJO Data Solutions, Inc., a Puerto Rico corporation previously known as Authentic Teas, Inc., a Nevada corporation, reincorporated in Puerto Rico under its current name on September 16, 2013, and changed its stock symbol from AUTT to MJDS on October 11, 2013.
