In my opinion, this has nothing to do with the current financial statements.
I believe that the SEC looked at the old filings and found so many discrepancies and errors they are looking at the old workpapers' of the accountants, supporting documentation and even subpoenaed the transfer agent to determine ownership at 12/31 of each year and also look at the conversion of debt by Asher.
Even though this is a small company, I think from all the reading I have done on the other Board and this one that, this is a Company where they can make examples and cases against everyone involved in their operations from the accountants and attorneys to the directors and officers and even the transfer agent in terms of how he issued shares.
I am glad I did not sell today but I did double my money, assuming I can sell. So tomorrow, it is time to hit that ask button quickly.
