The RS is fear mongering, for now.
The OS is what, around 450 mil right now?
WAYYYYY TOO EARLY to think about a RS.
Companies do that when their OS is bloated in the Billions. Not the case here with EWSI!
Another reason for a RS is when the stock has hit No Bid, or when a financer demands a higher price before investing.
Nothing wrong with your math bobo but you have to keep in mind that RS's are usually frowned upon because investors think that the cycle of dilution will start all over, and looking at the debt EWSI has its almost certain that more dilution will come, hence your thought experiment is a good one, but not very likely to succeed.
Those bashers on Ihub are fear mongering to spook new money coming into EWSI so the stock tanks even more. They'll flip it a few times, and then they'll exit & wait for a RS, upon which they'll start shorting again, knowing that the stock will go down...
But regardless of their begging it is just too early with such a low OS to think about a RS. And if you somehow believe that MN will pull through with those elusive Chinese revs it will be a monster run back into pennyland, and the only instance a RS will be implemented then is for uplisting reasons, which is the only good example of a RS that works out well... most of the times LOL
