Although the lack of communication from Martin is both puzzling and disappointing to say the least, one could hopefully assume the new subsidiary is the result of research and legal posturing to allow the China activity to be brought on to the EWSI balance sheet with confidence. Patience, waning among so many, is still the rule of the day. With the announcement so late in Q3 it would seem Q4 would be the first period any revenue was shown, meaning 2015 would be EWSI's year (a one year delay basically) for traction and possible uplisting end of year. Only room for the most stout of heart and optimistic here. But I just don't see why this announcement would be made if Martin had completely given up. That said LA19's summary of mismanagement this year is cause for pause.
GO EWSI (I think)!
