SIRG has the BLM permits but not the Arizona permits. Work on the ADEQ probably was halted when SIRG failed to pay CDM Smith. The last peep from SIRG was over a year ago.
I am guessing the $13M to bring the Chloride into production includes payments to Rizzio and CDM Smith and that accounts for the increase in costs to production.
With copper prices stuck in the $3.10 to 3.15 I don't see a huge profit margin.
