Howdy All.
Like others are saying, getting to know a few folks here has been a return on investment all it's own. I've appreciated all the insights and comments shared by you folks. Getting to know the real and sincere people of this world is a gift from God! I've learned a little about investing, but I've learned more about good people trying to get through this life and saved on the other side!
You're all great folks and I'll be hanging around in the rafters, listening and commenting on occasion still.

As for this stock, my personal opinion is mixed. I still have a bit of optimism that something positive may come. They have been in the least, deceitful in their communications, but NorthCal has a contract with them and believes (are they in cahoots? I think they risk a lot if so.). I think the reverse was the only way to get the share numbers down and if good news follows soon, we'll know the whole story. If they really are/were cutting and selling, they could not do a buyback with that news coming out. From a business perspective they need money to cover day to day operations and invest in growing the company, not drown trying to buyback the ridiculous number of shares they put out to get things started. A buyback was a pie in the sky hope, maybe possible much earlier on had operations moved at the original pace, but as share numbers increased and operations were pushed back, the buyback becomes a death knell to the entire operation. If this is going to take off, as a viable business venture, things need to happen very quickly now.

As you all, my shares are equally deflated and there is no point in selling, so I'll leave them alone and see what happens.
