DTL - This information is very interesting. Am I looking at this correctly that the downside of such a reverse mortgage is the raise of capital through an IPO. Time is money though so as was pointed out spending countless hours roadhousing investment groups to sell your stock at an IPO needs weighed against getting the job done quickly and then utilizing the benefits of a public trading company.
