Whether or not the SEC wins it's case against JBI

Whether or not the SEC wins it's case against JBI and for how much really does not matter to me. It is an interesting sideshow. There are bigger issues. JBI will succeed/ fail on it's merits anyway. I think the free market  has to reign and ultimately we are responsible for our own fates in the market.
