Let see if we can make this easy to understand. The treatment will help people to produce more oil and cut the amount of pollution emitted in the process of pumping oil out of the ground. Teco will get paid to set up the treatment system and get a percentage of the oil produced in someone else's well. Seem good to me.
Oh this board is for longs and people who are not share holders and are only hear to bash you are not in compliance with the rules of this board and should set up a bashers board. Oh I forgot you already have one. So if you do not have shares and you are insulting people who do you will be banned from the board. If anyone insults anyone here or bashes TECO they are to be banned from this board no exceptions.
