I'm still trying to understand how these guys could get away with this. I'm just wondering if I could get away with something like that, I may be going to hell anyway. I'll throw out a hypothetical. Let's say I come up with the idea of adding pot to a hot sauce and marketing it. Edibles are a big part of that market. I hook up with Spiceman and he agrees to partner with me. We call it Spicemans' pot sauce. We put babes on the label and it sells, of course. So we decide to go public and ramp up production. We promise our shareholders huge revenues and the money rolls in. We buy everything we need, after giving ourselves big bonuses, and we're good to go. But by the time Spiceman was ready with his sauce, all the pot was gone. I didn't smoke it all myself, well almost, but it's gone. So we have no product. Do we tell shareholders the truth? No, because we don't have to, just string them along until the money dries up and do a reverse split. Screw the shareholders, they don't matter. Change the name and do it again. Am I close? I hope jughead and jethro sleep well tonight, I don't think I could do it after all. scout
