the "parts" that cannot be purchased, lack of funds...
are being installed...
the engineering firm that does not exist is hiring according to their website...
and IS installing parts in #4 & #5 (just a guess since they were 75% complete and, um, probably, about 25% of the remaining parts got ordered)...
and TROLLS keep telling each other on SI that they can't be wrong!
