And the company provides the settlement shares... up to 3 million....
which is less than 1/10 the number of shares that JB gave back to the P2O treasury over the years!

So instead of going after Mr. Bordynuik directly, shares are going to be issued by the company. Current investors will bear the penalty for Mr. Bordynuik's 'oopsies' while Mr. Bordynuik sits there counting his wad of cash.
It would be nice to align the penalty with the source of the problem. The investors who will pay for the problem didn't cause the problem.
