kbulldog, after reading that several times myself, because it was actually poorly written, I agree that nothing negative was really referred to FITX except the headline, which I suppose was the hook to read the piece. I think the head line was actually referring to the delay's from H / C, which would have added clarity to the headline, but failed to do that. GLTA
