Hi All,
If you are investing in a company like HIMR which have no records of fundamentals to base once investment decision on, then one is investing base on:
1. The integrity of the officers of the company
2. The potential of the business case
3. Where available the reference of third parties that can vouch for the officers of the company.
Obviously, it looks like point number 1. is questionable after putting it in black and white more than once on press release and shareholder update that they will not recourse to a reverse split; they have not even have the courtesy of a shareholder update, nor press release to say we are going on our word because of x, y, z reason on the subject matter of reverse split.
I have been advise not to listen to/read what people say/write, rather as I should watch what they do, -"...integrity is when a man's word and his action are one and the same".
These guys have made "saint" Plutus a "holy prophet", what a shame!!! Selah.
