imo when judge signs off >> legal counsel will peruse and then sign off
on the 8k that will be filed
i'd expect to see all details laid out ..
as i noted a year ago .. re: original .. *settlement* crafting was flat out brilliant
i haven't changed my mind .. interesting to note time line extended
to 1.4.12
