What my quandary now is, if you want to call it that, is will the counsel now wait for the open house, or go forward with the zoning issue. My common sense tells me that there is nothing really to discuss on the zoning as it is already zoned correctly, and they just need to agree on that. So, that said, I think the counsel will move forward to get that business out of the way. Another positive.
Then, on the ANNOUNCEMENT of the License...I could easily see that being made soon, because, we are just trying to be good neighbors to the community and have understanding with them with the open house, so, in a business sense, moving forward in a timely manner with the announcement would be beneficial to us. Another Positive. Like I said ....it just caught me off guard. Something that is easy to do these days, lol GLTA
