The article is correct, like you said. Its a poorly worded headline that sets a negative tone.
We have had a summer of delay amid issues. Thats on Health Canada, but its still accurate.
I read this article as "Hey CEN Biotech, how about you start talking to us and givie us the 411 on whats going on!"
