I agree mmbane. In addition; a successful trader/shareholder wants to take all emotion out of the trade or investment. They shouldn't let any opinions bother them one way or another but let the technicals do the talking. They need to have ice in their veins as coolnapz's picture shows in his posts! Coolnapz is a perfect example of this technique and I believe 110% in his methods but IMO it takes years to perfect. This is the healthiest way to trade/invest to avoid producing foolish buys and sells. It is much easier said than done and takes much discipline IMO. On the other hand when a company implies to being transparent by filing with the SEC; they should have a certain responsibility with their current and future investors. I am extra sensitive to these overexaggerated PR's because I was a witness in an SEC fraud trial this past June. I have SEC FBI investigator business cards that I have met and who represent the Lexington, Kentucky area. I can post my subpeona if I'm not sounding credible. I invested $35K in a penny stock called PLNI between 2004 and 2006. Look up my older posts. The CEO James Turek defrauded 2500 +/- shareholders. Myself and a couple other PLNI shareholders took the stand and looked the ahole in the eye and testified against him. He received 18 years on 4 counts of securities fraud and 2 counts of tax evasion. The guy falsified and back dated promissary notes. He signed the notes as both CEO and CFO. He then issued himself shares against those fraudulent promissary notes while all the while stating he wasn't receiving a salary and was working for free. He also PR'd " a profitable quarter" and over-exaggerated patent values, among other bullchit PR's. I believe TECO to be the real deal and I have $25k invested here to prove it. On the other hand I will not be lied to for any reason and will take the necessary steps if it continues. I believe TECO has changed their ways based on the wording in the last 10Q and today's PR. BUT the BS needs to stop, credibility needs to return and only time will tell. I am long with the hopes of remaining long for years to come. Go TECO!
