Who knows what the position would show if TelVue went private. Everyone could speculate all day long and we would most likely all be wrong. The thing that bothers me most about what you have said is the fact that Gerry Lenfest has lost 30 million dollars in TelVue so far.
What you may mean is that Gerry retired 25 million in debt and bought 5 million dollars worth of common stock at $70.00 per share. That was a straight gift of $30.00 million and that could be the reason you are confused. Gerry Lenfest has lost one heck of a load of money more than that.
When Frank and Joe Murphy was CEO they made a few bucks now and then but for the most part lost a ton.
With the buy out of Princeton server group that is who received the 30 million. No inside information here no NDA violation. Just being here and watching for 15 years and at the last meeting which had nothing to do with the NDA Gerry Lenfest expressed his complete confidence in the team
