well one thing we do know >> *entity* will try to force as much dilution
as possible re: PTOI ..
or give the impression of that via smoke and mirrors
and since *most* recognize that *NO ONE* sells 70,000 shares at one time ..
it will be revealing to see what (if anything) comes out of today's meeting (noon EST)
