According to the document of the counsel meeting, they have moved the vote to the 12th, which is Friday. I don't see issues with it, other than 2 things which is odor, and easement. I think both are really non issues.
Now, to H / C. It is well known that in order for them to approve a facility, that the township must have appropriate zoning for that area where the facility is located.
Now, that said, would it not make sense that we have been approved for the facility from H / C , BUT, they are awaiting for the conformation from the township as to the zoning. When I speak to the zoning, I am not saying the facility, I am saying they need to confirm with H / C that THE PROPERTY ITSELF, is properly zoned, for the sake of the community's benefit. I think once that is done, the License will very soon follow.
As many know, I am really good at being wrong, but, this does make good sense to me.
B.C. , has said many times that zoning is not an issue, and I do believe that to be true, but, these are government folks that need to make sure everyone knows they are doing things right so they can be re-elected. What better way to bring attention to yourself in an election year? GLTA
