But your question to the board, to the best of my memory & knowledge of many posts read, is that THAT particular question has NEVER been mentioned nor raised. It is a very good question , in that, if indeed, the SEC has the power & authority to issue such a gag order, and I rather presume that it certainly could have that kind of power & authority, THAT THAT COULD VERY WELL ACCOUNT FOR THE PROTRACTED SILENCE ON THE PART OF JEFF REID, ie: he simply could not say anything to anybody: not because he didn't want to, but because he couldn't! So, contrary to the many false accusations of many bashers about how & why JR didn't care about his investors, and only got the money & ran, etc, etc, we now may have the root cause of the REAL REASON for his protracted silence! THANK YOU FOR POSTING THAT QUESTION & THAT POSSIBILITY! So, does ANYBODY really & truthfully & accurately know the answer to it? GLTU & GO KMAG!
