The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The employee survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. WorkplaceDynamics conducts regional Top Workplaces programs with 45 major publishing partners. Over the past year, more than 5,000 organizations and 1 in every 88 employers in the U.S. have turned to WorkplaceDynamics to better understand what's on the minds of their employees.
More than 1,200 Michigan companies were invited to apply for Top Workplace recognition within the categories of large, mid and small-sized companies. The survey measured employee feedback in areas such as company leadership, communication, career opportunities, work environment, managerial skills, pay and benefits. This is the second consecutive year that Kelly Services has been named a Top Workplace. More than 1,600 full-time Kelly ® employees were given the opportunity to express their opinions in the areas noted.
