(OTC Pink: STBV) (PINKSHEETS: STBV) is pleased to announce that the Company signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Television101 for the purchase of the Company for a combination of cash and stock on September 5, 2014.
Strategic Global and Television 101 have initiated the Due Diligence process and expect to have the process completed within 30-45 days. The congruent nature of the synergies between the Companies makes the acquisition a mutually advantageous venture.
