the 1st crowdsource funding of mining projects-said something about it opening july 10 -so this is why this is the 1st we've heard of it- of all the junior miners looking for money SIRG is 2nd on their list
if sirg needs ca 13 million to refurbish infrastructure where did sirg possibly think it was going to get the money if they didnt have enough money to get the water permit
sirg has been -last i looked- sec reporting,though no longer on otcqb due to late reports - which requires reporting of material events within 24 to 24 plus hours -yet sirg has not reported blm or ADEQ water permits or electrical or wells etc prep- nor this funding source -would think sirg would coordinate pr w key capitals pr
