KCPC-a pinksheet co- as per last quarterly as of june 30 had no revenue and negative assets and was in financial danger
any funding agreement is apparently conditional on an outside co loaning them the money based on a social media lending activity w social media investors deciding which of the projects they want to invest in w the promise they will receive 7.5% interest plus other goodies
very alternative financing in a mining market where VC is going elsewhere-have no idea whether it is legitimate yet-seems odd
