Hipple wasn't stopped by the Florida bar even after the SEC

Hipple wasn't stopped by the Florida bar even after the SEC charged a company where Hipple served as president and ceo as being a Ponzi scheme, and a court later determined Hipple was personally liable in that matter for damages of $3,502,337.

Hipple later went on to ravage the markets through iWorld and HOTI, both revoked. Enormous financial damages perpetrated upon ordinary shareholders who were sold a bill of goods with an M.O. that closely mirrors the SK3/AEGY M.O. SEC prosecuted Hipple for serious instances of fraud and hammered him with a five year O&D ban on March 11, 2010. (Note well the date.) Even that didn't move the FL Bar to rid the legal profession of the Hipple menace.

As a result, Hipple was able to thumb his nose at the SEC by using private IEquity Corp as a duck blind where he could continue to rape the markets in spite of the O&D ban. He hid behind his CF Consulting and Indian River Consulting as Secretary of Equity Corp., an officer of IEquity Corp in direct violation of the ban. Hipple protege Jan the Lesser the front man.

The first SK3 PR had Mayor, member of the Hipple stable, announcing SK3's change to medical cannabis model through acquisition of Medical Greens, Inc from IEquity (unconsummated, of course). The PR also announced the first $12.5 million in faked collectives contracts with Medical Greens Inc, which company didn't even legally exist until April 08. PR was published on March 11, 2013, exactly three years to the day after the SEC imposed the Hipple O&D ban. Hipple had his revenge on the SEC as the stock soared while insiders dumped and made millions of dollars over the next 30 days. On March 13 they added Allyn as window treatment (and later Benz) and on March 22 announced another $17.5 million in more fake contracts with Medical Greens.

The SEC has done its part on two occasions to protect the public (Hipple O&D ban in 2010 and suspensions of AEGY/SKTOon 06/06/2014), but if the FL Bar had done its job to protect the public from sharks with law degrees like Hipple, he could never have proceeded onward to AEGY-SKTO and screwed over more hundreds if not thousands of fresh investors.

You can be snide all you want, lady, but that's pretty much all you got now. The SK3/AEGY die-hards have been had by professional shysters. Raked over the coals and still defending them.
