It is my understanding that the shareholders do not have sufficient shares to outvote the preferred share holders. Your heart is in the right place but if everyone holding common shares voted no it wouldn't matter. It doesn't anyway since I believe Bill Chaaban is a man of his word and there will not be a reverse split.
