it isn't
PTOI (the stock) had no business being @ 7+ in Dec 2009
PTOI (the stock) had no business being *reset* to 6c in Jan 2014
imo the stock currently has a realistic PPS valuation of 1.25 ..
the issue becomes >> 4+ years of stock manipulation and the
aggregate *total* of shares that are in play due to that non stop
*manipulation*
which is why i ask folks to not confuse *market cap* with the partial
laddered cover that will be undertaken when P2O's BoD is seated
that said >> with the subsequent material events out of mgmt
including their partnering with that national co. with decades
of *leverage* and *experience* >> i see a rather sweet return
for P2O investors ..
sort of like a *sale* of say 500M to 1Billion on another legit OTC co.
that *survived* 15 years of bogus bullsh*t .. that has less than
700,000 shares issued and outstanding after the usually *requisite* R/S 2+ years ago ..
