IRVINE, Calif., Sept. 5, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Praxsyn Corporation (OTCQB
XYN), a medication and service provider for medical practitioners, announced that it has received approval from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA"
for an official change in the name of the Company effective at the open of business on September 5, 2014. As previously announced, the Company changed its name to Praxsyn Corporation and will now trade under the symbol "PXYN".
"The name has been changed to reflect the Company's current business of pharmaceutical services, and is no longer affiliated with pet services," said Edward F. Kurtz, Chief Operating Officer, Praxsyn Corporation.
