Hideyhope, thank you. I personally don't see NorthCal as anything more than a sales/distributor for Hollund (or whatever they may be called in the future). I always thought Frank wanted something for nothing and I still feel that way. I also thought having a headquarters in the most highly taxed state in America was not a particularly good idea (something they also once talked about). Instead, why not have a corporate headquarters in Panama? Great tax structure, and in an ideal location for shipping anywhere in the world.

I also wonder if maybe a bigger concession is soon to be revealed. Perhaps one with less problems to start up and develop.
