$MVTG has an SEC filed contract with Alstom $ALSMY, a 5 year deal to commercialize MVTG patents on the process that makes fuel cell fuel out of waste CO2 gas at Lafarge $LFGEF Cement plants.
$GE bought a huge part of $ALSMY this summer for 17 billion dollars. All three have a huge stake in the alt energy "energy storage hardware" sector and $MVTG has a new first of its kind rechargeable fuel cell (nothing like it on the market, and it uses liquid formic acid as the hydrogen source, instead of H2 gas.
Price target for $MVTG is $5 to $10 this year. 10-K and news is due next week!!! Green baron pump is also scheduled and pre announced in an 8-K filed days ago by $MVTG.
