Question- shorters are continually defaming CEO's -so do the rules apply for the protection of CEO's from harassment just as they would to posters in matters not relevant to the company?

CEO's of small penny companies do not legally forfeit their right of privacy re their private lives in things that have no relevance to the company

what about things of public record like CEO traffic court and minor land use nuisances which are NOT relevant to the company or its business?
I'm aware of the legal defs of slander and libel and did a paper on them decades ago

in the following are you using the legal definitions of defamation or something more broad?
can we include the cumulative impact of such harassing posts in our decisions to delete such?

Shorters posts continually attacking the company and nitpicking longs posts are designed to annoy and harass and deceive those who are not well acquainted w the company

Contributions must not:

- contain any material which is defamatory of any person.

- contain any material which is obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory.

-- be likely to deceive any person.

-- be threatening, abuse or invade another's privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.

- be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person.
