Can you provide more context? Was this letter from Sierra unsolicited, or in response to an inquiry? If it was a response, could you include the question?
Are they saying they will buy some stock, buyout, or just buy the technology, or just buy gaming equipment that licenses the technology?
For not trying to start rumors, you certainly raise more questions than it answers.
I'm totally confused by what is meant by this email.
